Building Inspections new service for us beginning in 2024. After completing many pre purchase inspections and condition reports for family and friends over the years, Purple Building Group is now available for all pre purchase building inspections and condition reports throughout Melbourne.

We are registered domestic builders with the Victorian Building Authority and can carry out all building inspections to the Australian Standard 4349 Inspection of Buildings.

We are qualified carpenters and registered builders with a history of renovations and structural repairs. This experience has given us extreme knowledge to identify problematic areas of concern of a building and advise you of potential issues, especially structural defects, that may arise which will enable you to make an informed decision of your purchase.

Our aim is to provide you with honest, no fuss feedback regarding the condition of the property you are purchasing while complying with the relevant standards, and focusing on those big ticket structural components that can cause you significant problems.
